The Gap Between The Human Mind And Technology

The real problem is that humanity still operates with very old mental structures such as tribalism, accumulation, fear, power and hierarchy, while using technologies that belong to a highly advanced future. This combination creates constant tension. Tools change fast, but the way of thinking barely moves. The result is a system that becomes unstable because it relies on values designed for another time.

The great leap in civilization will probably not be technological, but psychological and social. It will not be about inventing more things, but about learning to organize ourselves differently. That change will become inevitable when producing wealth no longer depends on large amounts of human labor. At that point the current model will lose balance and begin to break down, not because of a single crisis, but because of a structural transformation that is already underway.
