For me, mandatory emotional education from childhood is absolutely necessary. I do not think there is a more important subject than this. It may seem like a small change within the education system, but in reality it is a structural transformation. Today, education is still focused on performance, competition, and the accumulation of knowledge, while leaving out an essential part of human development.

Humanity educates for competition, not for understanding emotions. A more advanced educational system should obligatorily include emotional regulation, empathy, critical thinking, cooperation, mental health, and an understanding of cognitive biases. Many violent systems do not arise from ideology itself, but from emotionally dysregulated people. If this foundation is not addressed from childhood, the rest of the system will always remain fragile.
