When Life Loses Its Charm

I do not fear leaving, nor do I feel attached to this world. Life has lost the appeal it once had, and I don’t like the times we live in. Every day, I see attitudes that disgust me, a society driven by selfishness and deception. Everything revolves around money, image, and personal gain.

Respect has vanished. People’s rights mean little as long as everyone chases their own interests. Consideration and empathy are rare, and the game rewards those who care the least. Honesty is mistaken for weakness, kindness for naivety. Being genuine feels almost rebellious.

This is not pessimism; it is observation. There are still good people, but they are the exception. Most are caught in a hollow cycle, chasing what they think will bring happiness, never realizing that what truly matters cannot be bought or put on display.
