Being Here, Nothing More: Perhaps That’s The Wisest Thing.

To live with awareness. Not in the romantic sense of “making the most of every second,” but of being present in what you do, without dragging the past or anticipating the future. The wisest thing a human being can do with their day is to observe their mind, not let it drag them along. Eat when you eat, walk when you walk, rest when you rest. Without added noise.

It also means simplifying: not wasting energy on what doesn’t depend on you, not chasing approval, not trying to change what can’t be changed. Take care of the body, keep the mind in order, and act with clarity. And if possible, do something useful or beautiful, even if it’s small. Everything else, ambition, comparison, control, only serves to fill the emptiness that appears when you’re not really here.
