We were not born to be performance machines or to meet the expectations of others. We were born to live, to experience, to feel, to make mistakes, and to learn. Guilt and shame are not part of our existence, they are social constructs that we have internalized without realizing it. Resting, feeling fear or sadness, making mistakes, or taking your time is not failing. It is human. It is being alive.
Recognizing this is an act of freedom. You do not need to prove anything or follow rules that do not reflect your essence. Your value is not in what you produce or in what others perceive, but in your ability to live, to feel, and to be present. Living is not about proving anything. Living is allowing yourself to exist without masks, without judgment, and without needing approval.
